- Lead and conduct interviews for prospective new team members.
- Support store teams in executing merchandising plans, product launches and marketing campaign.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, retail operation, visual merchandising, supply chain, go to market, finance, HR etc)
- Conduct regular store audits to assess staff performance, service quality, visual merchandising and operations efficiency.
- Work closely with Go- to- Market Manager to ensure optimal stocks level in all stores.
- Working closely with business/key accounts partners to ensure adhering to company guidelines and SOP.
- Manage inventory movement between stores and warehouse, ensure optimal stock level across all stores.
- Own all store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in ongoing leadership training that will fine- tune your management, accountability, operations, and communications skills.
- Lead the retail team in conducting quarterly inventory count from the start to the end. Ensuring stock count goes smoothly and ready for store operation the next morning.
- Lead by example, to set the tone in your store for a positive attitude and high energy.
- Monitor and manage team attendance and ensure accountability through coaching and counseling.
- Manage change orders and supply orders including signage and fixtures.
- A key point of contact between local team and HQ team.
- Oversee daily operations of the Vietnam retail stores, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and operations excellence.
- Ensure all retail stores visual merchandising is align with HQ VM requirement, lead the merchandising of the store ensuring adhering to HQ VM guides and planogram
- Take charge of retail staff recruitment, onboarding and staff training
- Respond to Customer feedback, resolve issues, and always strive for continuous improvement of the in- store experience.
- Execute high- level in- the- moment coaching and development of your Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Team/Shift Leads into all- star leaders.
- Experience in inventory/stock count process and preparation of inventory count planning (e.g. preparation of inventory count item, stock movement control in system between stores and warehouse)
