JOB DESCRIPTION
The Role
ideal for someone who has studied business, commerce or economics and wants real- world
with the founder across live ventures, as well as help shape new ideas in the pipeline. Itʼs
This is a part- time remote role for someone smart, reliable and curious. Youʼll work directly
experience working at the early stages of startups and creative businesses.
What youʼll work on:
Drafting pitch decks, investor memos and strategy documents.
Researching markets, trends and business models.
Turning notes, ideas and ambiguity into clear, structured work.
Supporting execution across ventures at different stages.
Helping shape early- stage ideas and new product concepts.
Examples of projects in the portfolio:
A data intelligence platform.
An AI- first venture studio.
A digital product and storytelling agency.
Advisory roles in wellness, fintech and legal innovation.
Infrastructure and airspace technology.
A scripted thriller series set in Southeast Asia.
A new model for football club ownership and fan engagement.
New projects are constantly being evaluated and launched. Youʼll be part of that process.
REQUIREMENTS
What weʼre looking for:
Interest in startups, strategy, technology or creative ventures.
Priority for candidates in Hanoi
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Background in business, commerce, economics or similar.
Able to work independently and manage your own time.
Strong communicator with clear, structured thinking.
Available 410 hours per week, with flexibility as the role evolves.
Reliable, detail- oriented and proactive.
Remote role. Starting at 4 hours per week, with potential to increase.
