[Remote] Digital Marketing Executive

About the Company:
A Singapore- based financial advisory firm providing personalised wealth management, insurance, retirement, and investment planning solutions through a curated network of financial partners.
What You&039;ll Do:
Meta Ads Management
- Track campaign performance (clicks, reach, impressions) and suggest improvements
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Refresh ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting regularly
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Liaise with external vendors/partners for operational needs (printing, events, content shoots)
- Coordinate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure campaigns launch on time
- Maintain the marketing calendar and asset delivery schedules
Marketing Cost & Budget Tracking (no direct revenue handling)
- Track marketing spend against allocated budgets using spreadsheets
- Assist with processing marketing invoices and purchase orders
- Flag overspending or discrepancies to the Marketing Manager
Singapore Market Understanding
- Ensure campaigns are relevant for local Singapore audiences (holidays, slang, cultural nuances)
- Conduct basic competitor checks on local brands
What We&039;re Looking For:
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for basic tracking
- 3+ years of marketing experience, hands- on with Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of the Singapore market and local audience behavior
- Organized, detail- oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Good to Have:
- Basic Mandarin to coordinate with local vendors
- Experience with Google Analytics or TikTok Ads
