Remote - Performance Creative Lead (Video-focused)

Key Responsibilities
This role requires strong hands- on video expertise, AI content workflow knowledge, and leadership capability to drive creative performance at scale.
We are building an independent Content Team dedicated to performance marketing. We are looking for a Performance Creative Lead Video- focused) to lead strategy, execution, and team performance in high- volume, performance- driven creative production.
Creative Strategy & Direction
Ensure all creative output is aligned with performance KPIs CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Develop scalable creative frameworks (hooks, angles, testing matrix)
Translate campaign data into actionable creative improvements
Define and lead the video- first creative strategy for paid digital campaigns
Video- Focused Production Oversight
Provide direction on storytelling, pacing, editing style, and hook optimization
Oversee production of short- form performance videos 630s ads)
Ensure quality, speed, and consistency across creative assets
AIDriven Creative Workflow
Continuously experiment with new AI tools to improve scalability

Integrate AI tools into content creation (video generation, scripting, visual
Optimize production speed through AI- supported processes
Team Leadership & Management
Set creative KPIs and workflow processes
Conduct regular creative reviews and performance feedback sessions
Build, manage, and mentor a content team (video editors, designers, creators)
Manage creative pipeline and ensure fast turnaround for testing cycles
Cross- Functional Collaboration
Data- driven mindset and fast execution capability
Work closely with Media Buyers to align creative testing strategy
