Report Administrator

Assisting the Report Manager with drafting high quality reports using both site and laboratory results, ensuring data is inputted accurately
Assisting with setting up new projects and client details onto in- house database
Producing visual inspection reports using CAD software
Interpreting Ferroscan (Hilti software), GPR Data Processing (Geolitix/Radan)
Liaising with colleagues within the Structures and Pavements team and other teams within Socotec

The ability to work in an organised fashion, to achieve deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people.
Good IT skills- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, ...), AutoCAD, Revit (preferred)
Good use of your initiative
Excellent time management skills with an emphasis on delivery and meeting delivery schedules.
Excellent attention to detail to produce accurate work and ability to check drawings/models put together by the site team.
Experience in processing raw survey data, and producing reports based on data (GPR & Ferro Scan data processing is preferred)
Self- motivated and enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team.
