Report Reviewer for Inspection Services (6-month contract)

Follow the other works assigned by Inspection Manager
Be front line contact for all communications between Clients, Vendor/ Factory and other offices
Daily reviewing inspection reports for both Hardline and Softline to ensure reports sent out are free of mistakes
Review client’s specification, and clarify the requirements with clients / other offices
Handle day- to- day client enquiries (orders/bookings receipt & quotation) to ensure coordination activities are aligned with requirements according to Company and clients’ procedures
Input and update data in Tracking System
File and retain all documents utilized during an inspection and control documents accordingly in hard and soft copies
Mastering all TUV SUD and Clients’ Procedures, Guidelines, Instructions, Protocols, ect. to ensure that they are fully understood
Control approved / inspector samples and inspection equipment

English communication with B level or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in industries related to consumer products, quality control, or product testing
Knowledge of consumer products, Standard AQL 2859- 1 and relevant industries, ISO 9000 and national / international standards will be an added advantage
Bachelor’s Degree in Garments, Textile, Mechanical Engineering, or Forestry & Agricultural sectors
A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines advantageous
