Research Analyst - Industrials Sector Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company

Report to: Head of Research.
RESEARCH ANALYST – INDUSTRIALS SECTOR
Department: Research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate insightful and timely information to our institutional clients and our retail brokers.
• Make client presentations.
• Make stock calls on companies within coverage universe.
• Conduct company/industry/market research and general supporting work.
• Cover a portfolio of at least 5 companies in the industrials/materials sector.
• Write equity research reports, including regular coverage of portfolio companies, sector reports and theme pieces.
• Build, review, and analyze financial models / financial statements.

• Strong financial analysis, professional writing, presentation and spreadsheet modelling skills.
• Fluency in written and oral Vietnamese and English is a must.
• MBA or CFA qualifications desirable.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance with proven analytical skills.
• Flexible and able to work under intense pressure is a must.
• Willing and able to travel whenever required.
• Knowledge of industrial company accounting standards.
• Working experience in foreign firms and/or overseas educational experience desirable.
• Knowledge of stock market mechanics.
• High integrity, professionalism and well organized.
• Bachelor&039;s degree (or higher) in finance, commerce, banking, economics, with an outstanding academic record.
