Researcher (work from home)

Role & Responsibilities:
• As a User Researcher, you will be responsible for research goals through project management and
delivery of actionable insights which integrate into client&039;s product design practice
• Oversee the design and execution of usability testing for client&039;s Design Studio
• Present research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations using MS
PowerPoint
• Support the user research team on any other ad- hoc projects
• Work cross- functionally with relevant stakeholders (Product Managers, UX Designers), vendors and
generating, present to stakeholders.

Requirement: A standard researcher job desk, proposal creating of research objectives, project
setups, data collection will be done by 3rd party/ vendors, data analysis post fieldwork, report

- Survey Scripting
- Charting
- Data Processing
• At least 1 years’ working in a market research or insights agency in a QUANTITATIVE research
main role with knowledge and understanding of QUALITATIVE research
• Experience in Concept Testing, U&A (Usage & Attitude) and Usability Testing studies using
Usability Testing tools
• Competent in data visualization and storytelling in MS PowerPoint from multiple data sources

• Required skill(s): Advanced computer navigation skills, MS Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English and local language
• Strong Project Management capabilities, managing timelines and stakeholder communication
The employment process will be by CNX/ Concentrix, but you will be reporting straight to
Lazada SG, under Lazada Research & Consulting dept. Will be working remotely
