Reservation Supervisor /Giám Sát Đặt Phòng

Reservations Supervisor should understand the procedure of reservation service properly, to provide efficient accurate guest information and understand the procedure of handling phone call such as :
• Reading information contained in emails, paying attention to information pertaining to guaranteed reservations and VIPs. Preparing answer inquiries replied when necessary.
• Answer incoming call by standard greeting of Azerai
• Forward telephone messages properly
• To update guest amenities before arrival date and inform to all departments as to guest requests.
• Daily file of reservations carefully attaching amendment to reservations already exiting to original files.
• To be aware of emergency procedures and always can take proper action.
• Be familiar with all other Azerai Hotels and handle inter hotel reservations.
• Prepare and update reservations
• To always keep clean and tidy office area.
• Be aware with hotel facilities and outlets operation times.
• Update guest list and prepare update name directories on computer

• At least 03 years of experience in a similar position in luxury resorts; Reservations experience
• Organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent;
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, persistent, honest in work.
• Good communication, persuasion, sales consulting, reporting, negotiation, and situation- handling skills;
• 28- 45 Years of Age;
