General
- Perform the best ability to the guests
- Understand and adhere to Amanoi policies and procedures
- Perform a courteous and professional service at all times
- Have the product and service knowledge to be able to respond on the guests’ requests
- Adhere and follow to the concerned outlet service sequence and Standard Operational Procedure
- Perform a standard of personal grooming and hygiene meet those standard outlined by Amanoi resorts
- Perform the best quality and service as Amanoi standard
Operational
- Maintain the personal service to the guests by giving the details attention to the guests
- Perform an up- selling procedures to maximize revenue
- Anticipate the guests’ needs by observing, asking or reading the profiles
- Carefully do the job in order to minimize breakages and wastages.
- Maintain the communication with butler supervisor or dept. heads
- Continuously maintain the cleanliness and maintenance in the assigned villa
- Assist the head butler or dept heads in filling related documents upon departmental issues or reports
- Continuously notice of any information coming to the concerned outlet (e.g. memo)
- Attend the training or refreshment conducted by the butler supervisor or dept. heads
- Fulfill the guests’ requests and liaise closely with butler supervisor or dept. heads
- Report upon the coming in the outlet to the butler supervisor
- Inform on any problems in their assigned villa to butler supervisor or dept. heads
- Assist and perform any other duties directed by Butler supervisor or dept. heads
- Attend the briefing conducted by the butler supervisor or dept. heads
- Provide the correct and complete tools and equipment in the assigned villa in order to provide the outstanding level of service
- Provide all preparation and mise un –place in the assigned villa before service time
- Assist the butler supervisor in doing monthly inventory in all the villas
