Managing restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the COO or CEO.
Coordinate with the Kitchen Department, Crew to support all functions and events.
Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering consistent service quality in line with hotel standards.
Oversee daily service, accounting, and guest service procedures to ensure compliance.
Prepare monthly reports on departmental revenue and expenses.
Safeguard all confidential and financial information related to the restaurant.
Conduct regular staff training to maintain professionalism and service excellence.
Support the preparation and achievement of departmental budget goals through effective cost control and increased revenue.

Has 4- 5 years of relevant experience in a 5- star hotel/resort
English: fluently
Has a well- developed interest in food and wines; has undergone professional training in food and wine knowledge.
Possesses aptitude, management skills, and upward mobility
Gender: male
Possesses business acumen, well- developed guest PR skills, and personal flair
Age: at least 38
