• Maintaining petty cash.
• Providing excellent customer service
• Planning and designing menus and other promotional material required for the business.
• Working with suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Additional restaurant duties as designated by management
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
• Promoting and marketing the business on social media platforms.
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives
• organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
• Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary
• Handling special events
• Maintaining safe working conditions
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
• Assessing and improving profitability
• Producing staff rotas
• Taking reservations for indoor dine- in and outdoor catering
Yêu cầu công việc
• Have at least 3 years’ experience and knowledge of the restaurant industry.
• Ability to keep things simple and be customer focused while making a profit
• Be a good leader and positive to support staff
• Ability to meet deadlines, maintain focus and attention to detail
