Restaurant Shift leader/ Trưởng ca Nhà hàng

• Ensure all food & beverage outlets are maintained in a clean and tidy manner.
• Ensure that all areas in the department are rostered with staff in accordance with expected business demands
• Ensure minimal wastage of either food or beverage.
• Maintain close liaison with the front office and reservations staff to ensure a good balance of in- house guests and outside guests.
• Ensure accurate record is kept of all breakages and loss and malfunctioning operating equipment and report it to The Manager.
• Monitor the staff skills within the department and plan training program with the Manager to rectify any service deficiencies
• Constantly review and appraise the procedures within the department to ensure quality of service at all times and reported to The Restaurant Manager.
• Encourage good communication between the service team and the Kitchen brigade
• Coordinate with other departmental if there is a Special Event regarding the equipment, staffing, and in operation on “the Day”
• The detailed information will be discussed during the interview.
• Ensure monthly stock take is taken for all operating equipment in stores and all outlets.
• Liaise with The Restaurant Manager in respect to any special request for private or group functions if the Restaurant Manager is unable to do so (ex: on day off).
• Constantly review the aesthetic of outlets including artwork, floral display, linen, table presentation, etc. and report to The Restaurant Manager.
• Other duties as directed by the Restaurant Management

• 22- 30 Years of Age
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, persistent, honest in work
• Prior experience as a Restaurant Shift leader for 03 years in luxury resorts.
• A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
• Good in English with excellent interpersonal communication
• Have skills in building and managing.
• Good communication, persuasion, reporting, negotiation, and situation- handling skills.
