Retail Operation Manager

Fully responsible for the overall business development and management of the company&039;s brand in the Vietnam market; establish local operational standards for the brand, including but not limited to marketing strategies, customer acquisition, opening of directly operated and franchised stores, and sales channel management.
Ensure store execution at the terminal level in accordance with brand image and retail promotion standards.
Possess a good understanding of merchandise, provide suggestions for product planning and selection support.
Guide clients and store managers to achieve sales targets, monitor and analyze performance, and develop and implement retail strategies for different stages.
Build networks and stay informed about market and competitors to provide input on strategic pricing, product range, and planning decisions; support headquarters in completing other related tasks.
Manage key local relationships essential to business operations, such as with government agencies, customs, logistics, property management, and service providers.

Language requirements: Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency would be an advantage.
Team player with strong innovation awareness; able to actively contribute to the company’s strategic planning and business expansion in the local market.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; capable of working with clients, partners, government bodies, and others effectively.
Experience in the Vietnam retail market and connections with franchisees are strong advantages.
Able to be based in Vietnam for work.
Strong independent management and crisis- handling abilities; able to work under pressure and maintain work stability.
Excellent market development and sales skills, well- versed in sales techniques and strategies, with proven successful sales performance.
Be willing to work in shifts – Weekdays and Weekends, and willingness to travel frequently is required.
Bachelor&039;s degree or above; over 8 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 5 years in store operation management.
