Retail QC Analyist

The purpose of this job is to maintain the operation in Retail, include Pricing & Sourcing scopes
Pricing :
- Fix the miss- connection if any.
- Weekly, monthly report
- Classify error and discrepancy in the forward mapping pending list.
- Execute and Quality control all links and submit the achievable connections.
- Tracking price competitiveness of Lazada sku by checking competitor price, mapping competitor&039;s price link with Lazada sku for comparision.
Sourcing :
- Monitor Purchase Order (PO) status and solve issues during arrival time of product, ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process
- Paperwork and follow processed related to Retail processes, including signing & approval status, ensure documents are completed accurately with company policies
- Tracking performance of PO arrival & escalate to Sourcing Associate
Job Requirements :
- Strong analytical and implementation skills, demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks,
- Previous studies in Business, Finance, Commerce; level colleague
prioritized, and meet deadlines
- Team player that can connect, engage and effectively communicate with the rest of the team
- Receptive to learn new skills and competitive mind on getting things done
- Willing to work overtime on weekends (when necessary) to commit operation tasks are completed
- Basic Microsoft Excel, basic English
