Our Client- an FDI manufacturing company is looking for a Retail Sales Manager
Responsibilities

Manage and report internal key performance indicators.
Provide management and support to subordinates, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Analyze market and competitor situations to formulate appropriate marketing plans.
Conduct marketing activities targeting decision- makers and influencers within the retail sales channel.
Establish close communication with distributors to foster strong relationships.
Develop and enhance the retail sales channel through effective distributor management.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments.

Requirements:

Specialization in Sales/Marketing in the Distribution Business.
Customer- oriented and self- confident.
Effective management and planning skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to visit customers.
Experience in Distribution Business (Digital Marketing experience is a plus).
Fluent English communication
Strong communication skills and a willingness to support customers.
