MISSION
In addition, you will support the team in updating SOP&039;s and manage project as identified by the team to improve overall CRV productivity and internal controls.
As a Manager, you&039;ll be expected to show strong leadership and organizational skills and have expert- level knowledge of applicable compliance practices. You also need to have prior experience working in Risk Management or a compliance- related role.
You will ensure that our company remains fully compliant with relevant local regulations for our industry.
We are looking for an O&M Manager (Risk & Compliance) to review our existing and develop and implement new risk management policies. In this role, you will work to identify risks that could impair our reputation, information security, or general operations and suggest ways to mitigate or eliminate them entirely.
ACTIVITIES
• Create contingency plans to manage crises and incidents, establish and host working group to identify and evaluate incidents
• Draft new and update existing internal risk and compliance policies so that they match industry standards.
• Develop risk management controls and systems, design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
• Organize workshops and training sessions to educate and update employees on the organization&039;s compliance policies, regulations, and processes.
• Review our current compliance policies and procedures to identify areas of improvement.
• Establish relationships with important external bodies and stay up- to- date on the changes in industry requirements and all relevant regulations
• Perform risk assessments and establish our company&039;s tolerance for risk
• Prepare risk management reports for top- level management based on internal reviews and advise the executives on risk mitigation measures and implementation of adequate compliance programs
• Support O&M team on managing projects and updating SOP&039;s

COMPETENCIES
Functional knowledge & experience:
• Compliance or risk manager certifications will be considered a plus [PRM, CCEP, CISSP, CRCM, etc
• Bachelor in Law, Business, Finance or a related field
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations
• Proven experience as a risk manager, knowledge of risk assessment and control
• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or similar areas.
Project management skills.
• Proactive; detail oriented and results driven with a hands on/can- do mentality.
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate with all levels.
• Good organizational skills, capability to priorities the tasks and dynamic to shifting priorities when needed.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Logical thinking skills
