RISK MANAGEMENT MANAGER

In charge of risk management activities for all types of risks including strategic, operational and financial risks according to the copany&039;s risk management framework:

Ensure appropriate strategies and policies, and other operational control and risk mitigation measures, have been developed and effectively implemented
Build an effective risk management culture
Report to decision- makers an accurate, complete, and logical information about risks
Identify, analyze and understand each key risk of the company at all levels
Manage and monitor the company&039;s control self- assessment (CSA) program
Prepare interpretations regular and unscheduled risk management reports as required by regulatory/ audit agencies.
Ensure adequate oversight of all risk categories and governance frameworks
Assessment by incident, assessment by target group and business risk assessment according to each year&039;s requirements.
Support the Risk Control Self- Assessment process, including regularly reviewing/ updating the risk register. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors from time to time
Propose appropriate solutions tho board of directors to enhance operational and administrative compliance control.

Proficient in using at least once of the languages VBA, SQL, Python,...

Understanding legal regulations related to Finance- Banking activities; Comprehensive analytical skills,...
Qualification: University or higher (Major: Finance, Banking, Math Statistics, Math Economics,..)
Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Proficient in Microsoft office
Priority is given to having experience in risk management in the credit institutions
Sound knowledge in credit operations, lending products, and related regulatory in banking sector is a must
At least 5- 7 years in the field of Risk Management/ Build and test mathemmatical/ statistical models, Data Analysis
Experience in data analytic skills, in scorecards or other decision engine is a strong plus point.
