Risk Management Senior Officer

RISK MANAGEMENT SENIOR OFFICERMain Duties and Responsibilities:• Check credit reports (including but not limited to: assessment of customer’s financial situation, profitability, industry position, collateral value, credit history…) proposed by Marketing Department to ensure facilities granted to customer are in compliance with Vietnamese laws and Head Office policies. • Conduct customer credit rating and due diligence• Act as Credit Committee Member: prepare credit memorandum, comment and circulate to other members for final decision.• Upon approval from Credit Committee, process setting up credit line, commitment and collateral (if any) in core banking system. Inform relevant parties on facilities status.• Provide training to Marketing Department on credit professional process and procedures.• Monitor country limit, industry limit and treasury credit line granted to other financial institutions • Support to control market risk, liquidity risk and operational risks of the whole branch• Classify debts and conduct provision in accordance with SBV requirements.• Monitor nonperforming assets and accelerate to higher level for appropriate actions.• Manage assets and liabilities adjusted for risks.• Check daily outstanding balance of placements with SBV to ensure sufficient amount for compulsory reserve.• Prepare regulatory and statistical reports submitted to SBV• Assisting Department Head and Head Office in Internal Audit of the branch• Prepare Head Office reports including doing market research and managing assets and liabilities position

• Team oriented and possessing good interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor of banking- finance or economics;
• Minimum five years of experience with Risk Management, Credit analysis... at banking industry;

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
