RPA & AI Automation Engineer

The successful candidate will work on production automation systems, document processing pipelines, OCR engines, AI- assisted validation tools, and workflow orchestration platforms.
We are seeking a skilled and practical RPA & AI Automation Engineer to join our Technology team.
This is a hands- on engineering role focused on building reliable, production- ready systems — not academic research or experimental AI projects.
This role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies, while extending these systems with applied AI capabilities where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Build structured data extraction and validation logic for financial documents.
- Develop document processing and OCR pipelines (e.g., OpenCV, Tesseract or similar).
- Integrate AI/LLM APIs into workflow systems with appropriate controls and safeguards.
- Integrate Python- based services and external APIs into UiPath workflows.
- Improve system performance, stability and scalability of automation workflows.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain documentation and follow secure development practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing and deployment.
