Ruby on Rails Developer Lead

Manage a team of talented developers.
Manage and be responsible for all accounts and resources related to the Ampo system
Responsible for maintaining and developing the company&039;s Ampo system.
Implement hardening engineering techniques like pair programming, code reviews, CI/CD, and unit testing.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to discuss the scenario, re- design, adjust the architecture, monitor, and optimize the performance of back- end systems to ensure high availability and scalability.
Create an inspiring team environment, build a development culture with an open communication culture.

Good understanding of SOLID principles, common design patterns and best practices
Solid experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL including performance tuning and optimization
Strong sense of ownership
Excellent problem solving skills
Experience with Amazon Web Services
3+ experience of development with Ruby on Rails
Experience with frontend development (TypeScript, ReactJS/VueJS)
6+ year experience of IT and software development with 2+ year experience with the same title.
Candidates with experience building large- scale at companies such as: Appliances, Electrical, Electronics & Lighting are preferred.
