Safety Engineer

Support third party service provider for inspection of equipment has strict requirements on occupational health and safety at site.
Support departments for HSE implementation to meet safety objectives.
Support fire service provider for periodical inspection of fire alarm, fire fighting system, recharging fire extinguishers.
Review and issue Permit to Work.
Coordinate with emergency team members to conduct internal fire drills/practices.
Coordinate with emergency team members for weekly operation of fire pumps.
Daily site safety observation to record good behavior, good practices and stop unsafe behaviors, unsafe conditions and give recommendation how to work safely.
Conduct monthly fire equipment inspection including fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, emergency rescue equipment, fire hoses, nozzle and make record of the inspection.
Management personal protective equipment (PPEs)
Coordinate with safety collaborators (group 6) to conduct planned inspection of equipment, building, facility.
Make safety reports in the following.
Conduct site survey and give recommendation for safety improvements.
Conduct site safety induction for new employees and contractors and issuing safety passport and other internal training such as: working at height, confined space, lifting equipment safe operation...
Understand about laws of occupational health safety and environment (laws, decree, circular).
Develop, train and implement safe operation procedures, safe work instructions, training material.
- Monthly PPEs management including quantity of delivery, quantity in store and make plan for order.
- Monthly Permit to Work management.
- Monthly safety inspection of workplace, buildings, equipment.
- Daily site safety observation report.
- Monthly fire extinguisher inspection, fire hydrant inspection, fire hoses and nozzle inspection.
Other tasks or projects assigned by HSE Manager.

Computer: MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Good health, hard working & honest.
Graduated University with background labor safety, environmental engineering, mechanical, electrical engineering.
English: Above 500 TOEIC scores or equivalent.
Experience from 1- 3 years in manufacturing plant.

- 8 hours/day (8 AM- 5 PM) from Monday- Friday, 02 mornings on Sat per month
