What you will do

Upsell and cross- sell additional products and services where relevant.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Effectively communicate the benefits of eSIMs to customers, addressing their concerns and questions.
Develop a deep understanding of eSIM technology and its value proposition to consumers.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
Achieve and exceed monthly B2C sales targets for eSIM products.
Handle and support prospective customers via multiple channels.
Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events.

Who you are

Fluency in English is essential. A third language will be a big advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.

Working hours:
40 hours/week. Flexible working hours with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
Shift 2: 12h – 21h
Shift 1: 8h – 17h
