THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented, driven, and self- motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (hybrid working). Our ideal candidate should be passionate about a long- term sales career, have excellent English communication and customer service skills, and have an interest and desire to do outbound calling and appointment setting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Respond to customer requests as needed in a professional manner
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
Secure meetings with business owners & decision makers through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold calling, and email)
Participate in weekly training sessions with American clients to increase product knowledge and go- to- market strategies.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist with quote follow- up and ensure that paid orders are processed accurately.
Research companies to create strategic communication plans sent via email and LinkedIn
Utilize CRM systems for tracking and managing leads
Educate potential clients on the value of our client’s products and services
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software is a plus
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Available to work US hours (typically 8 PM to 5 AM, subject to change)
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Have more than 1 year experience in sales
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Goal- oriented and able to work without constant supervision
