Responsibilities
- Using channels such as the internet, and personal networks to find, develop and approach potential clients primarily domestic and foreign enterprises (B2B).
- Building & Developing a customer network of Foreign Enterprises investing in Vietnam.
- Design and propose/Consult/Demo for customers about the services provided by FTI.
- Market research, collect, and build potential customer data.
- Exploiting, and analyzing clients&039; needs, the current status of digital transformation, and technology applications.
- Consulting, explaining to customers about the telecommunications services that the company is providing such as:
Data center services
Internet service: connection service (Internet Leased Line, MPLS, IPLC, IEPL), Voice, SMS & Collaboration (VOIP- Hotline- Messaging Services, Oncall, PBX, OnMeeting, Vidyo, Cloud CX)
Other services such as network, security solutions, network security, etc.
Cloud services: public cloud (S3, BaaS, DRaaS, Cloud Camera, CDN), private cloud, hybrid cloud, partner cloud solutions (VMWare, OpenStack, AWS, Alibaba, Microsoft)
- Coordinate with other departments to monitor and support the service deployment process for clients after signing the contract.
- After- sales customer care, continue to exploit and expand relationships with clients.
- Negotiate, and persuade clients to use services and sign contracts.
Qualifications
- Appearance: good outlook and voice
- Fluently use English skills (listening/speaking/reading/writing) to support foreign customers (for AMs in charge of foreign customers)
- Education level: Graduated from College, University, or higher majoring in Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Electronics, and Telecommunications,...
- Soft skills:
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Passionate about business, proactive, and agile.

- At least 6 months of experience in B2B sales, cloud computing, infrastructure, and telecommunications.
