Sales Admin Executive - Motor Dealer Division

Business Development: Contribute to Motor Dealer division to target existing/ new/ partner clients, take action on new business opportunity, to bring MSIG products to existing new partner/ clients and businesses.
Client Service:
- Other ad- hoc service on incur basis
- To issue service contract with partners
- To issue insurance policies & supportive documents upon on receiving request from management level
Outstanding/Unclear Premium:
- To remind partners/client the outstanding premium in according with current procedure
- To issue statement of account monthly
Business Administration
- To collect and record signed agreement/ contract / endorsement proposal in the client electric holder
With concerned departments:
- To cooperate with Retail Claims Division:
· to settle the claim smoothly for customers in compliance with the company’s procedure
· to follow up any pending claim cases;
- To coordinate with Underwriting Division:
· to work closely with Underwriting Section for quotation and coverage;
- To coordinate with related Divisions for all related jobs or in closed coordination with other departments for special events organized by Company
- To coordinate with Business Processing Division for operation matters
- To coordinate with Digital Business Development and Branding team for automation process and branding activity
Others:
- To report any unusual problems to direct reporting line, if any
- To execute other office work as required by the Company
Other tasks assigned by reporting management level.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- English fluency
- University or college graduation.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Careful and detail oriented
- Having service mind- set, positive energy
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Be highly professional to provide high quality service to clients
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Marketing and sales or Administration background with 1 or 2 years of experience is preferable.
