The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Teams and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment. The Sales Administrator will collaborate closely with the Service Teams to provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and assist in achieving sales targets.
Sales Support
Assist in Sales Reporting: Prepare and generate sales reports, including sales performance, inventory levels, and customer analytics. Provide regular updates on sales metrics to the Service Teams and Operations Management Members/ Board of Management Members.
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the Service Teams, including scheduling meetings related to Client Visit, preparing sales presentations and proposals (Quotation, Contract), and maintaining sales collateral. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting. Prepare all kind reports related to Profit and Loss
Monitor/Observe Sales Orders: Monitor/Observe sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is completed by Service Teams. Coordinate with various departments, such as Finance Team/ Legal Team/ Office Team/ TECH Team, etc., to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Training and Monitoring: Hand- on experience with CRM to train end- users; monitor and correct data on CRM to ensure the accuracy and transparency of Company Guidelines/ Procedures.
Maintain Sales Database: Update and maintain the sales database in CRM (Bitrix24) by entering new customer information, updating contact details, and recording interactions and sales activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Administrative Support
Admin Support: Handle admin and office tasks (arrange meeting, order statationeries, claim tasks, follow action items of client visit and external audit), prepare documents as requested by line manager.
Reporting: Prepare period reports as requested by line manager, ensure their accuracy, and improve reporting systems.
Communication: Act as a contact point, communicate with team members within OPS and other Departments, and distribute memos/ meeting recaps.
Other tasks
Travel domestically as required.
