Sales Administrator

- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure related tasks, reports are completed on- time and updates provided Composed and prepare confidential correspondence and reports.
- Provide administrative support to Director of Sales & Marketing Manage an active calendar of appointments.
- Send and receive postal, mails and consignments.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Manage the S&M working schedule on Cadena System.
- Support preparing gifts/marketing products for guests and partners Store contract and other forms in an order system Posse communication skills and the ability to discreetly deal with sensitive information.

- Good knowledge & management in Opera, PMS, Micros POS, PBX, Back office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Well- presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Ability to multi- task, work well in stressful & high- pressure situations.
- English: good writing and communication skills
- At least 02- year experience on the same position.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
