Japan Vietnam Livestock Co., Ltd (JVL) was established on September 27th, 2021, by Vietnam Livestock Corporation JSC, a subsidiary company of VINAMILK
JVL provides chilled beef product lines that use chilling technology, helping preserve beef&039;s nutrition and ensure food hygiene and safety for consumers. Vinabeef applies farming methods and mixes cattle feed based on experience from Japanese experts. Cows are fed grain for more than 300 days and are cared for according to the herd- separated farming method to manage cow health better.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Development
Sales Development
- Execute sales activities based on Yearly plan and KPI
- Make weekly action plan for sales activities
- Breakdown sales plan to weekly target
Sales Daily Activities
- Solve, control trouble shooting (comment/feedback from customers…)
- Build good relationship with customers
- Execute daily operation; getting order, arranging delivery, sending Invoice and collecting money
Customer Development
- Make strategy: open new account based on target
- Approach new customers: make quotation, sign contract and register of new customers
- Research and survey market
Sales Analysis
- Make report to the relevant
- Collect sales data to analyze and review activities result
- Evaluate, modify, and update strategy
Marketing Development
Marketing strategy/tactics
- Set KPIs to follow up a marketing plan efficiently
- Build marketing strategy and tactics for implementation to achieve the target
- Identify market development trends, research demand for products/services, target customer segments
Integrated Marketing Communications
- Develop and execute a results- driven, multi- platform communications plan/ IMC plan
- Develop an yearly/quarterly/monthly event calendars and roadmap\
Trade Marketing
- Build, develop and manage advertising campaigns, brand promotion
- Optimize profits and market share to thereby increase customer satisfaction
- Identify and search for potential customer groups for your business (survey customer, develop sale operation via traditional/pre- existing customer)
- Coordinate with many other departments with related work to implement marketing plans for the company
- Monitor, analyze and boost baseline sales & promotion uplift
- Coordinate and supervise trade activation and promotions in all channels within the assigned territory
Lead and supervise the Marketing Department
- Ensure the efficiency and quality of work, while optimizing costs for businesses
- Coach staff to be aware of the strategies for the common goal of creating value for customers and markets, while contributing to the development and growth of the business.

- Develop and design supply chain strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives
- Collaborate with executive management to define supply chain priorities, optimize inventory levels, and enhance operational efficiency
Logistic and Distribution
- Select and manage logistics service providers to optimize transportation costs and service levels
- Plan, direct and develop the operational transportation strategy, distribution processes, and systems for overall distribution activities
- Plan, build up, and implement procedures, objectives, initiatives of inventory management
Demand & Supply Planning
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and standardization to streamline operations and reduce supply demand imbalance
- Develop and implement supply planning strategies that align with business objectives, customer demands, and production capabilities
- Develop forecasting models analysis and implement planning process from expected sales demands quantity into master aggregation of supply planning while optimizing inventory quantities for various product lines, sales channels between South and North areas
Purchasing & Supplier Management
- Identify criteria and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favourable terms and conditions
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies, oversee vendor and supplier relationships, and optimize purchasing processes to ensure the timely and cost effective acquisition of goods and services
Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, resolve issues, and mitigate purchasing risks
Performance Measurement
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and streamline transportation processes
- Define KPIs and establish performance measurement systems to monitor supply chain performance
