Objective of role:
Accountable for achieving assigned targets.
Take responsibility for sales activities at the store.
Manage merchandise in the store.
Complete tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Maintain the image of the store and brand.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Ensure achieve sales targets:
Achieve assigned revenue targets (KPIs): Individual sales, UPT, ATV, CS…
Generate daily sales reports.
Store Operations:
Generate daily/ monthly/ quarterly reports as required by management.
Maintain a neat personal appearance in line with the brand standards.
Provide necessary information to management regarding sales and store activities.
Ensure the store&039;s image adheres to standards (product display, cleanliness, maintenance of fixed assets, and inventory management). Report issues to management promptly.
Customer Service:
Provide service to customers according to brand and company standards. Ensure the best customer experience.
Maintain and develop friendly relationships with customers.
Assist customers in resolving issues related to products or services, handling customer complaints if any.
Inventory Management and Loss Prevention:
Regularly monitor inventory levels and conduct daily stock counts to ensure an adequate quantity of goods in the store.
Ensure proper storage and hygiene of goods according to regulations to prevent losses due to operational errors.
Requirements
Strong team management skills, ability to train and guide staff.
Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Good communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
High school diploma, with preference given to candidates with vocational/college/university education.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high- end retail.
English language proficiency is an advantage.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when necessary.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
