Sales Assistant

• Receive clients’ feedback and solve problem regarding to issues as responsibilities were indicated and approved by General Director;
• Other jobs indicated from General Director.
• Conducting client meetings as necessary to build the relationship;
• Participate in recognize the risk and opportunities; comply all safety regulation;
• Contacting sales leads provided by General Director;
• Keeping warm relationships with the clients to encourage repeat orders;
• Supporting for Business development department regarding to Sales contract, courier, internal document and record;
• Keep under wraps business operation and responsible job with the third party;
• Saving all database on Server system;
• Support General Director potential clients meeting;
• Report the procedure of working to General Director;
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions;

• Good organizational skills to keep lots of clients "on the go" at the same time.
• Good command of English and computer/office software skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook,...).
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Have good interpersonal, relationship building, customer services and communication skills.
• At lease 1 years working experience in Logistics fields.
• Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team.
• Bachelor&039;s Degree or College Diploma in a business field such as economics, logistics, supply chamn management.
• Being motivated by targets and always striving to perform higher.
