Sales Assistant

Any other reasonable duties as requested by higher level.
Connect with sales team to qualify and deeply understand clients’ demand, provide excellent sales service to customer accordingly.
Monitor and make sure that all shipments are being handled smoothly, and resolve issues arised promptly.
Supporting Sales team to send quotation timely and ensure information flow smoothly to all of departments
Receive and respond all request, claim from customer after sales
Assist to execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Cooperate with other departments as required to develop positive working relationships to deliver smooth sales process and high win ratio.

Ability to solve critical issues in a fast- paced environment with time- sensitive deadlines.
Be able to read, write and speak English.
Able to work under the pressure where needed.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Analytic and communication skills.
At least 1 year- experience is a plus
