Sales Associate

Ensure to deliver comprehensive brand and products information to customers.
Manage and process pre- sales and aftersales requests.
Identify and implement, when it is appropriate, upselling and cross selling tactics.- Keep track of inventory and maintain showroom representation.
Build and maintain effective relationship with customers.
Ascertain customers’ needs and insights via excellent interpersonal skills.
Manage point- of- sales, order processing including order processing with Merchandising team, manage deliveries, customer service, contract and invoicing.
Assist in all events organized at the showroom and any other day- to- day activities.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent presentation and sales services.

Basic computer and administration skills.
