• Review effectiveness of KPI setting to remunerate Field Force execution and work with Regional team to set up according objectives. Provide knowledge to contribute the development of KPI measurement which helps to recognize best performers and best practices
• Design Operations processes and review implementation with Regional Managers to ensure on- field and off- field activities in line with company directions & controls
• Incorporate the Sales Architect strategy from Region to develop In- house and on- the- job Training / Coaching modules to shape up the execution quality of field force and establish comprehensive frameworks to prepare assigned task force as succession planning
• Develop working tools to best provide Field Force equipment to deliver high quality of execution on field and simplify the way of working
• Build up the framework with clear Role & Responsibility of focused positions to identify Field Force Capabilities and work with Regional Manager to provide according coaching / training plan & keep track of development progress regularly
• Assist Operations Development Manager in other tasks/assignments
• Build up recruitment process with Distributor/HR to ensure the effectiveness of hiring right people for organization

• University degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial position in Sales and/or Sales Training experiences preferably in multinational FMCG.
• Fluent in oral and written English, PC knowledge: MS Office (especially Powerpoint & Excel) very well and preferably Project Management
