What are your roles and responsibilities?
As a Business Development Executive, you will develop and implement sales activities to generate company revenue and profit as well as embrace customer journeys for value- added partnerships.
What will be your daily work?
Creating, driving, and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve the company&039;s targets.
Keeping the knowledge updated on product qualities, product updates and evolution, customers, partners and competitors, and global & local market trends.
Analyzing prospect and/or customer requirements and feedback to improve our offerings as well as deepen our relationships.
Maintain the contract, agreement, and account management databases.
Identifying new business opportunities and the most effective approach to pursue them.
Working closely and coordinating with the business and customer success team.
Building, developing, and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
Monitoring any activities related to the accounts; from pre- sales, sales, contracting, onboarding, and support activities, and acting as the ‘go- to’ person from the customer&039;s perspective. Ensure customer satisfaction level is met.
Providing insights into product development and competitive positioning
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, and business partners.
Managing the fulfillment of RFIs, and RFPs, conducting product demonstrations, PoCs, and hands- on workshops, in collaboration with the pre- sales and customer success team.
