Sales Coordinator - Điều Phối Kinh Doanh

- To be a contact point between Sales Team & Production team and support PPIC to allocate stocks within Sales Teams based on the approved allocation (daily/weekly)
- To check product available for sales, inventory and confirm order to minimize stock or disruption
- To work with other teams for order fulfillment (selling, logistics, payment, etc), at the same time keep in- charged Sales Teams informed
- To host/present the S&OP Meeting, to follow up & update the tasks from action plan of S&OP
- Work place: 10 Pho Quang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
- To work closely with Sales Teams for issues/request arise in sales and another functional team.
- To resolve customer complaints, check and provide Sales Teams info problems and extra request to resolve if the problem beyond Sales Processing team&039;s authority

- Willing to go some extra miles for continuous improvement in their daily for for career advancement
- Desired experience: 3- 6 years of working
- Have good communication and people skills to deal with functional teams and customers
- Perform a strong follow- up to keep things on track
- Good at Excel, Powerpoint, pay attention to details to deal with report, analysis, meeting preparation
- Good English at speaking, writing
