Sales Coordinator (Freight Forwarder)

Assist all Sales Functions facing:
Commercial issues:

Cost validation or negotiation
Obtaining rates
Act as sales indoor to execute sales process when required
Giving ad- hoc quotation to customer

Business execution

Giving shipping instruction to operation
Support to adherence to shipping instruction and SOPs

Administration and back- up

Provide instant support to Manager or Sales colleagues in term of interfacing with customers; internal/external stakeholders when necessary.
Coordinate internally with team member for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard; monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting; etc)
