Sales Cum Social Media Liaison Position (Part-Time) [Khu Vực Tây Hồ, Hà Nội]

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for part-time studio sales assistants with great interpersonal skills and a desire to learn more about the world of contemporary jewelry design, especially the operational side of a jewelry design studio and showroom. We are hoping to find two candidates to fill the positions of sales liaison and social media marketer as well as share other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities on a part-time – weekend basis.
There is a lot of communication with clients in English and service providers in Vietnamese. Strong language and communication skills are essential. We are looking for someone with good organizational skills and attention to detail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Liaising directly with clients regarding sales of products
• Manage sales and sales records
• Communicating directly with service providers where needed
• Stock check and inventory

Senior university students or freshly graduated persons with a key interest in style, fashion, art, and design. Persons are looking to learn about selling and customer relations. • A love for fashion, design, and handcrafts

The sales positions are part-time (min 14 hours per week, on Saturday and Sunday)

Hourly rate up to 40,000VND/hour, in addition to commission of up to 5% on items sold.
