YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative specializing in Email Marketing, you will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients through targeted email campaigns, cold calling or prospecting. Your primary objective will be to support Lead Generation Specialists (LGS) to respond, follow- up, engage & qualify leads, and ultimately drive lead generation growth through effective email communication strategies.
KEYS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email Content Development:
Customize email content and subject lines to capture recipients&039; attention and encourage interaction
Craft personalized email templates, messaging sequences, and follow- up communications to engage prospects and drive conversions using Mailchimp, Apollo, Snov.io
Collaborate with Lead Generation Specialist (LGS), BD team and Operations Team to develop compelling email content tailored to specific target audiences and sales objectives
Prospect Outreach and Qualifications:
Research and identify potential leads of our B2B partners through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and LinkedIn networking.
Execute outbound email campaigns to generate leads, schedule appointments, and nurture relationships with potential customers.
Follow up with prospects through email and other communication channels to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Assist LGS in conducting research to develop targeted email lists for outreach efforts.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Support LGS in tracking key metrics related to email performance, including delivery rates, bounce rates, and conversion rates for continuous improvements.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Operations team on the effectiveness of email campaigns and the quality of leads generated.
Collaborate with the BD team to track conversion rates and suggest initiatives to improve performance.
Creative Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging and relevant content for various SDR needs and marketing channels including but not limited to newsletter, sales pitch deck, website blog posts, social media, email campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to understand objectives and tailor content to meet specific goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong business writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Knowledge of HTML is a plus
Proficient in Japanese and Korean is a plus
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams
Knowledge of data analytics & digital marketing metrics are a plus
