Sales Director

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:

Set sales targets and objectives in collaboration with executive leadership.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company&039;s goals.

Team Leadership:

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellence and achievement.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high- performing sales team.
Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets.

Revenue Generation:

Lead the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
Drive the negotiation and closure of strategic partnerships and large- scale deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and addressing concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Regularly analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the executive team.
Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sales strategy.

Qualifications

Fluent in English
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within the EdTech industry.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
