Sales Engineer (Airside products)

Carry out any other duties & responsibilities as required by the company in a timely manner and accurate
Responsible for relationship building directly with consultants and end- users to drive product specs and value.
Track actual business results from released Market Coverage (MCS) projects and take improvement actions when necessary.
Responsible for generating Sales for Airside Business and creating value stream for increasing Airside sales growth.
Transfer airside product designs from China plant to Bangkok plant following product management plan.
Serve as trusted advisor and partner with our Applied Sales, Unitary Sales, Supply Chain and internal teams to ensure AOP plans, and customer satisfaction goals are accomplished.
Able to consult/assist the customers in Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) design and solutions, specifically Airside system.
Competitor analysis & strategic planning for Airside product.
Excellent knowledge of Airside market, equipment specifications.
Drive Margin expansion and profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four- year college or university
of 2 years combined working experience in the areas of Consultant, Contractor, or related Airside is preferable.
Have good connections with Direct & Industrial customers.
Availability to travel for business purposes as needed.
Service- minded, good attitude, Positive Thinking.
Working location: HCM / HN
Having a mindset/competence to drive direct sales activity.
Active personality with analytical mind, Proactive, Team Player, Customer- oriented and
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air- conditioning/refrigeration (HVAC/R) fundamentals, system engineering, Energy Solutions, as well as air system applications.
Experience with Trane Select Assist (TSA), Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto Cad.
Enthusiasm and teamwork.
Good English writing & speaking skills will be preferred.
