Sales Engineer - industrial equipment (Binh Duong/South Vietnam/hybrid job)

We are looking for young aggressive Sales Engineer for air compressors in Binh Duong and South Vietnam. The job is hybrid so you don&039;t have to go to Binh Duong everyday. Prefer candidates who can start immediately..

Responsibilities
Expand customer base and create new leads.
Maximize market share and revenue.
Independently drive own project sales activities to generate revenue of industrial equipment.
Detailed targets can be discussed during interview.

What we expect from you:
· Take good care of existing customers, increase customer loyalty level, recover lost customers
· Achieve and exceed sales target, sales activities
· Fast to learn new product and growth mindset.
Experience
· Having driving license is preferred (B2 license)
· Good understanding of sales and customer. Can show sales record.
· Strong persuasion skills, able to deliver technical presentations.
· Experience: At least 01 year experience in project sales for industry equipment. Prefer equipment (pump, compressor, chiller, valve...) sales experiences from distributors, dealers, resellers...
Personal affinity
· Compliant with company rules
· Aggressive in lead generation and sales
· Can- do and goal achiever. Record breaker is expected
Education & knowledge
- Education: University or College. An engineering or economic degree is preferable or related knowledge in sales.
- Knowledge of the compressed air applications is an advantage.
