Sales & Events Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.


• Respond to and try to fulfil any special event arrangements.


• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.


• Manage (and fill) our events calendar.


• Build and maintain customer relationship.


• Determine sales goals.


• Collaborate with our chef on menu requests.


• Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable.


• Work with the marketing to develop promotional materials.


• Work and support sales team on social media and follow up.


• Develop promotions or specialty packages to entice new customers.


• Develop Synergies Partner for Collaborations.


• Contact international and Local company regarding corporate event all year around and especially during festive season.


• Work together with Operation team and Chef to create sales Kit menu, benefits and more.


• Develop sales brochure to be use during business meeting with clients/companies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer literacy skills


• Written and Spoken English


• Exceptional, interpersonal, communication/presentation skills


• Independent, sociable, energetic, presentable, creative with strong leadership


• Decision maker and influencer – public speaking


• Ability to communicate with the team and other departments


• Pro-active, takes initiative to complete tasks


• Organized, prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines


• Ability to communicate and build strong relationships with internal/external customers


• Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent


• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales & Events Manager for restaurant, especially Japanese restaurant.
