Sales Executive

Manages sales efforts for the restaurant including local corporate and social catering and F&B outlets.

• Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization.
• Build up selling prices strategy by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• Responds to incoming catering opportunities for the restaurant.
• Pursue new market opportunities to increase event revenue. Understands the overall market- competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
• Achieve company target / KPI through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
• Identifies, qualifies and solicits new catering business to achieve personal and restaurant revenue goals.
• Closes the best opportunities for the restaurant based on market conditions and restaurant needs. Be aware of the key trends in the market in order to create appropriate strategy.

Minimum 2- 3 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional.
Or 2- year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Background in hospitality, bachelor or college
Fluently and Excellent in English is a must. (especially speaking and writing)
Relevant industry experience in sales or business development in hospitality/travel industry
