Sales Executive

- Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry;
- Managing customer requirements for on- time delivery taking into account lead- times, product specification changes and customer demand;
- Identifying and targeting new customers with new sales opportunities.
- Managing every element of the sales process on an individual level (monitoring and following up project and contract performance process and coordinating with other department to resolve arising issue if any);
- Initiating action plans approach and securing new project and increasing customer retention and sales development strategy;
- Contributing to the achievement of revenue and business target (Customer, market share, liabilities, etc) upon to company’s annual plan;

- Proficient in MS office.
- Able to speak and write in English.
- Willing to learn, self- motivated and proactive.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales (especially in technical sales or sales equipment for the building is a special priority).

Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to Labor Laws and Global Insurance according to Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam.
International training according to Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam.
