Sales Executive

- Maintaining accurate records of sales leads and positioning on the sales funnel;
- Organising sales visits and conducting sales presentations. Meet and present services to business owners, associations, organizations, chambers of commerce, ETC.;
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, networking events and meetings when required (locally and internationally);
- Responsible for initial touch- point after face- to- face meeting, follow- up emails/Zalo/phone calls (script and templates to be provided);
- Working with Sales Manager to ensure systems and templates are created to increase the productivity and efficacy of the Sales Department;
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, using a suitable dashboard;
- Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Consistently push to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets;
- Coordinating the onboarding of the new client to the production team (i.e. the Patent/Trademark teams);

- Fast learner, results driven.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Persistent and committed to excellent customer service.
- 1- 2 years of experience in sales, a basic understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast- paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Location: Hochiminh City based.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, legal or related field.
