Mô tả công việc

Responsible for the
generation of order income and revenue
from new and existing large and medium customers mainly through customer visits or industry events. Responsible for region/ area, portfolio or a cluster of customers defined in the sales plan:
- Meets and exceeds sales target: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan.
- Executes customer visits and or visits of industry events.
- Generates new leads (e.g. on fairs) and converts assigned sales leads generated by e.g. marketing or other channels.
- Develops and maintains a customer focused list (together with Area Sales Manager) by proposing focused customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc.
- Identifies solutions for customer needs, if necessary with the involvement of Subject Master Experts.
Responsible for the
generation of order income and revenue
from new and existing large and medium customers mainly through customer visits or industry events. Responsible for region/ area, portfolio or a cluster of customers defined in the sales plan:
- Contact for cross- BF (Business Function) / cross- BS (Business Stream) inquiries from other Sales colleagues.
- Monitors market and competitors.
- Conducts sales analytics in area of responsibility.
- Participates in regular sales reviews with the disciplinary Supervisor.
- Documents all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com).
- Identifies solutions for customer needs, if necessary with the involvement of Subject Master Experts.
- Responsible for the on- time delivery, quality and follow- up of the quotation according to the customer needs.
- Supports in the cash collection of unpaid / overdue invoices for the customers for which (s)he is responsible.
- Maintains / grows customer loyalty and ring- fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
- Generates new leads (e.g. on fairs) and converts assigned sales leads generated by e.g. marketing or other channels.
- Acquires new customers.
- Develops and maintains a customer focused list (together with Area Sales Manager) by proposing focused customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc.
- Conducts the final negotiation of quotation and contracts with the customer in collaboration with relevant stakeholders / P&L responsible persons and in line with TR requirements.
- Executes customer visits and or visits of industry events.
- Recovers lost customers.
- Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up- sell the service portfolio.
- Meets and exceeds sales target: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan.
- Follows up on quotations with customer (can be delegated to sales support).
· Supports the Area Sales Manager in defining the yearly sales plan.

Yêu cầu công việc

· Good communication, strong rhetorical skills over the phone.
· Experience at working both independently and in a team- oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high position people.
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
· Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
· Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
· Good problem solving, statistic and analytical skills.
· At least 1- 2 years of experience in related area.
· Ideally first experience in Testing Inspection, Certification (TIC) or related field.
· Hands- on mentally; pronounced ability for self- organize skills.
