Sales Executive

- Document all requests, comments, and complaints from residents (bookers) regarding room conditions, facilities, and benefits. Subsequently, communicate these issues to the appropriate departments, including front desk, reservations, housekeeping, or engineering, to ensure swift resolution. Ensure residents&039; satisfaction with our services.
- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
- Perform daily sales activities such as room shows, telesales, and sales calls.
- Provide support for all matters related to Korean- speaking clients.
- Maximize hotel occupancy and average rates through innovative and targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with all relevant departments to enhance hotel services, meet guest requirements, and promptly resolve any client- related issues that may arise.
- Focus on managing key accounts and addressing special requests for VIP guests.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and establish new relationships, especially with Korean accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to effectively complete assigned tasks.

- Priority will be given to candidates between the ages of 23 and 30 who are seeking long- term career stability.
- Having at least one experience in hotel industry.
- Hard working, responsible, work for company in long term.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- English proficiency equivalent level 4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, writing skills.
