Sales Executive

- Managing the B2B system of domestic and international sales channels (Agencies, OTAs)
- Implement training programs, professional support for the sales channel periodically
- Develop and implement sales activities, policies, and programs to assigned revenue target
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate revenue, status by route, market, sales channel to build solutions to improve efficiency and optimize revenue
- Synthesize, analyze, and report market information (trends, customers, competitors, ...)
- Adept in Social Media advertising/marketing/sales generation
- Perform daily sales reporting
- Organizing events (conferences, seminars, Famtrip for sales channels)
- Building and improving the image and service quality of the assigned sales channel
- Expand and develop sales channels in Vietnam market (Online, Offline)

- Microsoft Office system literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
- CV in English Language
- Education: University- Bachelor&039;s degree
- Work experience: 3 years
- Efficient sales management skills
- Excellent conversation and writing skills in English (Min. TOEIC 650 / IELTS 5)
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the team and customers
- Proactive and cooperative attitude
- Work effectively either independently or in a team
- Epitomizes customer service through assertiveness, language, persuasive yet positive communication skills
- Effective supervision and consulting skills to customers to arrive at flexible solutions to problems
- Fluent in Vietnamese and in English
- Accountable, self- disciplined, active in work
- Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills

KPI bonus every 6 months equivalent to 1x- 3x of monthly salary
