Sales Executive

To assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in the maximization of hotel market share and exceed budgeted room nights and revenue across designated market segments whilst ensuring maximum customer service levels and client satisfaction.

Constantly monitor and report on competitor activities including promotions, special rates, and events
Research and identify major prospects and formulate sales action plans to convert
Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts in the assigned government and embassy market
Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in the maximization of hotel market share and exceed budgeted room nights and revenue across designated market segment
Keep our marketing database up- to- date with detailed profiles of our accounts
Attending social functions organized at the hotel
